Early-bird pricing available.

Due to the nature of this experience, attendance will be curated to ensure alignment and flow within the group. Spots will be limited.

We recommend applying early.

    • Multiple fully styled editorial scenes.

    • Guided creative direction throughout the experience.

    • Thoughtful pacing to allow for intentional shooting.

    • A small, curated group to maintain flow and space.

    • A balance of structure and creative freedom.

    What's Not Included

    • Travel to and from Florence, Oregon.

    • Personal lodging (recommended accommodations list provided to be provided).

    • Personal gear and equipment.

    • Photographers retain full rights to all images they capture.

    • Images may be used for portfolio, social media, website, blog, and print marketing.

    • Photographers may submit images to publications for editorial features.

    • Core team members and all vendors receive a curated gallery of images for their own use.

    • All social media posts must tag all contributing vendors and team members

    • Publication submissions must include a full vendor credit list

    • A vendor credit list will be provided to all photographers after the event

    • Photographers agree to follow on-site direction from the event manager, lead photographer, and creative director

    • Respectful treatment of horses, models/couples, and all team members is required

    • Leave No Trace: core team responsible for final beach cleanup

    • Liability waiver required (separate document)
